Chef Nicholas Cooking Classes

This past year my business partners and I had the opportunity to attend a cooking class & be participants on Chef Nicholas' cooking game show airing on Cable 14.

Chef Nicholas offers interactive cooking classes and selects a menu based on various country's cuisine. We were fortunate to participate in the Spanish cuisine class and made a variety of dishes from Paella to Churros. I have to tell you I've made the Paella dish for my family a few times since and even got the proper Paella pan for Christmas!

"Chef Nicholas Brings Hamilton And The World To You" airs on Cable 14 and consist of "Family Stewed", 2 teams using mystery box ingredients to create a dish. What a blast!
